What we collect

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your vehicle registration, make, model and colour.
• Your location: GPS coordinates if you choose to share them, and any description you type.
• Details about the problem and the condition of the vehicle.
• Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to block abuse of the form.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out your recovery, contact you about it, and keep a record of the job. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request to enter into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate job records and protecting our service from abuse.

Who we share it with

The driver assigned to your job. Our service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and database) and WhatsApp/Meta when you message us. Data may be processed in the European Economic Area, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for 12 months after the job is completed, then remove your name, phone number and exact location. Anonymous job statistics may be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [PUBLIC CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
